💼 About This Role

You'll join OBRIO's MarTech team to optimize and automate marketing processes for Nebula, a global spirituality brand with 70M+ users. You'll enable data-driven decisions and scale operations across a $10M+ annual marketing budget. Collaborate with 9 specialists to close the gap between complex MarTech systems and marketing strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize marketing processes and implement automation
• Measure and analyze marketing activity effectiveness
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and align workflows
• Evaluate and introduce new MarTech tools for user engagement

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in marketing, operations, or product
• English B2 or higher
• Experience evaluating and improving processes
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across teams
