💼 About This Role

You'll join Pico's Platform Operations team to build and validate servers for global capital markets clients. You'll automate deployments with Ansible and ensure secure, stable systems infrastructure. This customer-facing role offers direct impact on financial trading ecosystems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform server builds using Red Hat Satellite and Ansible
• Execute OS rebuilds, ESXi upgrades, and firmware updates
• Automate deployment and maintenance with scripts and Ansible
• Troubleshoot and resolve server-related client issues

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years in server build/provisioning in financial industry
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server
• Proficiency in Bash, Ansible, and Python scripting
• Familiarity with VMware ESXi, KVM, or Hyper-V

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Red Hat Satellite
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Network skills: TCP/IP, multicast, DNS
