💼 About This Role

You'll serve as an internal consultant, turning ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions for stakeholders across Juniper Square. Your work ensures every department has intelligent operational tooling and data transparency to drive growth. You'll identify AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational friction points.
• Map business processes to identify AI and automation opportunities.
• Design high-level technical workflows and functional specs.
• Create BRDs and user stories translating business pain into action items.
• Track implementation from discovery to post-launch optimization.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Systems Architecture, or technical Operations.
• AI Literacy: proven experience applying Generative AI/LLMs to workflows.
• Advanced Data Toolkit: expert-level Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Proficiency in Tableau/Looker and strong working knowledge of Salesforce.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
• Background in FinTech or Private Equity.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP).
