In this role, you will own the end-to-end global go-to-market strategy for 2K's Core Games portfolio, translating commercial objectives into high-impact campaigns. You will orchestrate cross-functional and regional teams, define demand investment strategies, and ensure campaign performance is optimized throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, global marketing, or go-to-market roles
  • 5+ years leading global teams, including established and emerging markets such as MENA
  • Demonstrated architecture and ownership of large-scale, multi-region campaigns
  • Experience managing integrated investment approaches
  • Strong analytical and performance-optimization capability
  • Proven ability to lead horizontally in complex matrixed organizations
  • Games, entertainment, or consumer technology experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the end-to-end global campaign strategy for assigned Core Games titles
  • Translate global playbooks into campaign architectures that scale globally with regional nuance
  • Own the campaign-level demand investment strategy, including allocation logic and guardrails
  • Define and own the KPI mix for campaigns, aligning measurement to short-term and long-term growth
  • Serve as the internal-facing campaign lead, aligning franchise, regional, and cross-functional teams
  • Provide clear direction to regional teams executing regional plans
  • Identify risks early and course-correct through clear communication and decisive action
