💼 About This Role

You'll define and build the HTS API Marketplace from concept to commercial launch, packaging Hopper's lodging and cars capabilities into enterprise-grade API products. You'll coordinate with capability PMs and rapidly prototype with AI tools to create a seamless developer and partner experience. This fully remote role offers the chance to own the marketplace revenue P&L and drive a 0-to-1 platform business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define marketplace structure, packaging, and pricing for all capabilities
• Coordinate with capability PMs to translate roadmaps into API products
• Own the commercial model including take rates and enterprise packaging
• Build developer experience from API specs to onboarding and documentation
• Rapidly prototype using AI tools to validate ideas before engineering handoff

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with at least one 0-to-1 product launched commercially
• Experience building developer-facing or B2B marketplace products, including API product design and commercial packaging for enterprise
• AI-native working style, using LLMs and vibe coding for prototyping
• Strong understanding of marketplace economics (take rates, supply-side incentives, platform vs. variable models)
• Ability to coordinate across multiple product teams and drive cross-team alignment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in travel commerce (lodging, cars, flights) or adjacent industries
• Background in connectivity, distribution, or supplier technology (GDS, channel managers, OTA APIs)
• Prior experience in Engineering, Data Science, or a technical role
