💼 About This Role

You'll join Varicent's global sales team to sell Sales Performance Management SaaS solutions to enterprise customers. You'll shape the sales strategy and execute successful campaigns, driving revenue growth in the LATAM region. This is a fully remote role that requires alignment with EST business hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop prospecting strategy with Business Development resources.
  • Identify ideal customers in the region.
  • Manage pricing and contract negotiation process.
  • Execute sales campaigns ensuring customer requirements are met.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships.
  • Proven success selling into LATAM larger companies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Interest in ICM and/or CRM/SAAS tech space.
  • Experience with partner relationships with ISVs/GSIs.
