You'll develop manufacturing processes and tooling for high-rate production of complex aerospace hardware at SpaceX. You'll collaborate with design engineering and production teams to improve vehicle architecture and manufacturability. This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of cutting-edge space hardware.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and perform acceptance testing of manufacturing processes
• Design precision tooling to eliminate assembly error and improve quality
• Manage transition of parts from development to high-rate production
• Partner with engineering and production teams for vehicle improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 5+ years of engineering experience in aerospace manufacturing or production
• Ability to obtain ITAR clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial engineering
• Experience with 3D CAD for mechanical/tooling design
• Hands-on experience with proof and leak testing
