Description

You will lead go-to-market efforts for a rapidly growing behavioral health startup, managing a state-wide or multi-state region and supporting outreach teams. Your work will help expand access to life-saving virtual mental health treatment for at-risk youth.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years business development experience, 2-3+ in sales leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally up to 1 hour each way
• Experience managing and coaching a business development team
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Support new admissions goals and manage team performance
• Manage and lead Outreach Directors and Managers in a region
• Develop GTM strategy for market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources
• Attend educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
