💼 About This Role

You'll lead the platform strategy for Customer Experience Automation (CXA) deployments, building reusable libraries and evaluation systems that accelerate AI implementations. Your work directly influences the product roadmap and reduces deployment time across enterprise customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute FDE platform strategy for CXA deployments.
• Develop operational 'golden path' ensuring scalability and security.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Product, and Core Engineering.
• Mitigate technical risks in agentic AI deployments.
• Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 9–12 years in software engineering or professional services.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing customer-facing technical teams.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI Architecture including multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong architectural knowledge of systems integration (APIs, webhooks, message queues).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Healthcare or Financial Services enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to turn one-off solutions into scalable engineering patterns.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
