You'll maintain and design global network infrastructure at Braze, ensuring resilient and continuously available enterprise connectivity. You'll drive automation and optimize service delivery through robust SLO metrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, architect, and implement global LAN/WAN/wireless/security solutions
• Own network engineering projects end-to-end from requirements to handoff
• Implement network monitoring using Elasticsearch for SNMP-based telemetry
• Develop automation strategies to reduce manual effort and increase reliability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise network engineering
• Solid knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF) and firewall best practices
• In-depth expertise with Juniper SRX firewalls and Juniper EX switching
• Proven project management experience overseeing initiatives under change management

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Ruckus wireless systems
• Experience with Okta, Active Directory, and RADIUS
• Experience with Zscaler
