You'll lead the product strategy for BSS and Platform Services at Vonage, owning the roadmap for shared platform capabilities like lead-to-cash, data analytics, and API gateway. Your work will drive digital transformation and enable growth for both internal and external users. You'll guide a team of product managers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver enterprise-scale cloud services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy for BSS and Platform Services
• Define and execute product roadmap and vision
• Operationally manage a team of product managers
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Management leading global teams
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS including CRM, Analytics, Billing
• Experience with back-office systems like BSS/OSS
• Expertise in global cloud services with security and scalability

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to work with data formats like CSV, XML, JSON
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
