💼 About This Role

You'll own core user experiences for a data-visualization platform used by engineers in aerospace, robotics, and defense. Your work will directly impact how engineers make sense of complex telemetry data. This role offers the chance to suit up in a spacecraft cleanroom and use hybrid AI design workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead user research including on-site customer visits.
• Own product work end to end with PM and engineering.
• Prototype using AI tools like Claude Code and Figma MCP.
• Contribute to design patterns and team culture.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design (UI/UX) experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating interaction design for complex data-rich applications.
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows.
• Ability to operate across UX flows, interaction logic, and pixel-level UI craft.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing data-dense visualization interfaces.
• Background in engineering, aerospace, or defense industries.
• Familiarity with telemetry, observability, or infrastructure tooling.
