💼 About This Role

You'll prescribe and review cannabis-based medicines for patients with complex conditions, working as an Independent Prescriber in a hybrid role. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care and help develop clinical pathways.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Clinically check and review CBPM prescriptions for safety and accuracy
• Prescribe medicines as an Independent Prescriber, tailoring treatments to individual needs
• Provide expert guidance to prescribers and patients on treatment options
• Support the dispensary team by handling complex clinical queries

📋 Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
• At least 2 years prescribing experience
• Experience working in a clinical setting
• Clear and confident communicator across clinical and non-clinical settings
