Description

You will manage clinical consulting services and improve partner plan performance. You'll provide clinical guidance, collaborate across teams, and drive strategies to enhance clinical outcomes and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
• Active pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum of 7 years experience in PBM, health plan, pharmacy clinical consulting, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of strategies to ensure client plan performance commitments are met
• Deliver high-quality clinical consulting services with evidence-based recommendations
• Analyze pharmacy benefit plan performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Support quality assurance and stay updated on industry trends
