🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze end-to-end finance workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Design and support AI-enabled solutions and workflow automations across Finance Operations.
• Develop operational dashboards, KPI reporting, and data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption of scalable processes.

📋 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in process improvement or finance operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading workflow automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay workflows.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
• Background in finance transformation within global environments.
