Description

You will shape SoFi Invest's business strategy and product development through data-driven insights, working closely with cross-functional partners to optimize customer engagement and revenue growth. Your work drives the product analytics strategy, experimentation lifecycle, and customer behavior analysis.

Requirements

• MBA, BS or MS in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related quantitative field
• 8+ years experience in data science, analytics, or business strategy in investment or brokerage industry
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and proficiency in Tableau
• Experience in wealth management or fintech with deep understanding of brokerage and market data
• Strong understanding of Invest P&L drivers and product analytics with experimentation

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities and measure KPIs to craft compelling stories and drive data-driven recommendations
• Drive customer engagement strategies including account funding, recurring deposits, trading activity, and retention
• Craft and analyze customer behavior metrics such as funnel conversion, user churn, features engagement, product LTV, and cross-sell metrics
• Own end-to-end product analytics strategy for Invest, from data instrumentation to North Star metrics
• Lead experimentation lifecycle including hypothesis development, test design, and actionable recommendations
