You'll be the first dedicated People team member in our Sydney office, owning people ops, culture, and AI tool adoption to scale the team. You'll partner with the Head of Operations to fill high-priority gaps and run experiments. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to build from scratch in a fast-scaling startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale Sydney presence with the Head of Operations
• Own AI tool adoption and onboarding quality
