Description

You'll create and maintain high-quality technical documentation that helps customers succeed, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, and Design. You'll interpret complex technology to deliver user-focused content and contribute to improving the overall technical content experience.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of technical writing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS
• Strong systems thinking and technical curiosity
• Experience managing multiple concurrent documentation projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with DITA/XML and GitHub

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and maintain clear, user-focused documentation
• Interpret complex technology to deliver high-quality technical content
• Contribute to improving the technical content experience
• Build collaborative relationships with Product, Engineering, and Design partners
• Embed in the development process for proactive documentation delivery
