💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's rental facility team to coordinate dispatch operations and schedule equipment deliveries for construction customers. Your work ensures seamless logistics that keep job sites running efficiently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain high level of customer service with all customers
• Coordinate and initiate customer dispatch requests with sales team
• Manage final dispatch responsibilities and schedule drivers
• Monitor driver hours and scheduling for delivery coverage

📋 Requirements

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with spreadsheets, email tools and new technology
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• At least 1-2 years general dispatch experience in construction or manufacturing
