💼 About This Role

You'll perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections on pickleball paddles and accessories to ensure they meet exacting standards. You'll work directly on the production floor identifying defects and preventing non-conforming products from reaching customers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform incoming inspection on raw materials and parts.
• Conduct in-process inspections during paddle manufacturing.
• Perform final quality inspections of completed paddles and accessories.
• Document inspection results and maintain acceptance/rejection records.

📋 Requirements

• English proficiency (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• 1-3 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Strong visual inspection skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers and gauges.

• Experience with composite materials, adhesives, or finishing processes.
