Description
You will join Klaviyo's new founding team in Munich to drive international growth. As a Mid-Market+ AE, you'll own the entire sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing—and manage dozens of prospects and active accounts. Your work will build Klaviyo's customer base in Germany and shape our regional presence.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
- 5+ years of exceeding net new revenue quotas in MarTech/SaaS/CDP sales in Germany
- Deep understanding of eCommerce/retail/D2C brand ecosystem in Germany
- Track record of top performance in a similar role
- Experience or enthusiasm for experimenting with AI tools
Responsibilities
- Acquire new logos and expand existing customer relationships
- Manage full sales cycle: lead qualification, demos, closing
- Achieve 70% close rate and accurate business forecasts
- Proactively expand existing accounts and maximize long-term value
- Mentor new account executives and contribute to team success
