You'll serve as the first impression for customers, managing a virtual lobby where you'll greet, engage, and route inquiries to the right team members. You'll ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from entry to resolution, keeping the call queue organized and supporting the team with scheduling and data entry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers via video, chat, and email, and manage lobby.
• Schedule appointments and route correspondence to team members.
• Maintain call queues and log customer data in CRM.
• Support at-risk customers and prioritize urgent needs.

📋 Requirements

• Graduation (high school diploma or equivalent) required.
• Prior experience as receptionist or administrative assistant.
• Knowledge of online calendars (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Experience handling high call volume and solving customer needs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of HighLevel products and services.
• Intermediate MAC computer skills with multiple monitors.
• Basic knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Excel.
