  • High school diploma/GED or trade school diploma
  • 8 years of relevant building management experience
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • 5 years experience with building automation systems

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in student housing or multi-family properties
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Certification in facilities management
