• Manage all building services and preventative maintenance programs
• Supervise Facilities Technicians and schedule maintenance work
• Conduct regular inspection tours of buildings and grounds
• Oversee vendor contracts and capital projects

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or trade school diploma
• 8 years of relevant building management experience
• 5 years of supervisory experience
• 5 years experience with building automation systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in student housing or multi-family properties
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Certification in facilities management
