You will lead the financial planning and analysis practice at Legion, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support growth and profitability. You'll develop complex financial models, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor your team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, MBA required
• 12+ years experience overall, 5+ years in FP&A in enterprise software
• Expert financial modeling and analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial statement analysis and management reporting
• Proficient with NetSuite and Salesforce/CRM

Responsibilities

• Assist CFO in managing strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making
• Model operational KPIs including SaaS unit economics and efficiency metrics
• Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
