Description

You will lead the health and scaling of our global research infrastructure by managing the vendor ecosystem and compliance frameworks. You'll act as the strategic liaison between the Research & Innovation team and corporate partners in Legal, Finance, and Privacy to ensure ethical, efficient, and world-class research operations.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in research operations, program management, or related field
• Deep familiarity with research ethics, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and third-party vendor contracts
• Outstanding ability to establish relationships and navigate complex organizational structures
• Strong understanding of research methodologies (Qual, Quant, UXR)
• Resourceful problem solver capable of building scalable solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for research agencies and tool providers
• Act as primary point of contact for Legal and Privacy teams
• Lead Statement of Work (SOW) process
• Design scalable systems for participant recruitment, platform licensing, and knowledge management
• Partner with Finance and ExDev teams for PO initiation, billing tracking, and resource utilization
• Provide expert guidance to researchers on third-party collaboration and operational workflows
