Description

As a Full Stack Engineer on Stripe's Billing team, you'll build and maintain user-facing experiences, services, APIs, and systems that impact thousands of employees and millions of Stripe users. You'll scope and lead technical projects, debug production issues, and collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver integrated features.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of industry software engineering experience (excluding internships and co-ops).
• Strong coding skills in any programming language.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to contribute to team success.
• Ability to thrive with high autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Interest in working as a generalist across varying technologies and stacks.

Responsibilities

• Scope, architect, and lead technical projects to improve features and solve new problems.
• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
• Design, build, and maintain user-facing experiences, services, APIs, and systems.
• Make effective tradeoffs between business priorities, user experience, and technical foundation.
• Teach and mentor engineers to grow into next-generation leaders.
