You'll provide high-quality product support to customers scaling their businesses with Klaviyo. You'll develop deep platform knowledge and resolve issues via email, chat, and phone. This role puts AI at the center of transforming workflows.

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
  • Provide high-quality product support via email, chat, and phone
  • Diagnose software issues and resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Transform workflows by putting AI at the center

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Zendesk, and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with networking concepts like DNS, IPs
  • Experience with email marketing or E-Commerce platforms

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiar with the Klaviyo product
  • Klaviyo Practitioner Certificate
  • Experimentation with AI in work or personal projects
