💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex, multi-workstream programs for enterprise clients, ensuring delivery from discovery through rollout. As the primary delivery lead, you'll structure programs, align cross-functional teams, and manage budgets and timelines. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multi-workstream programs from discovery through implementation.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, and governance.
• Serve as primary delivery partner to client stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, and strategy.
• Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in program management or digital delivery leadership.
• Agency experience supporting complex client engagements.
• Understanding of Agile software development and Scrum teams.
• Financial acumen managing budgets, estimates, and resource planning.
