💼 About This Role

You'll develop a high-performance 3D visualization platform for Gecko Robotics' Cantilever software. Your work will enable users to explore complex infrastructure assets in extraordinary detail, supporting critical operational and strategic decisions. This role offers the chance to work across the stack and tackle large-scale 3D data challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and extend a server-side rendering app streaming large 3D models to React frontend
• Develop user-facing features supporting complex 3D workflows
• Design and maintain backend APIs for 3D data ingestion, transformation, and delivery
• Solve challenges related to large model sizes and streaming performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs with large datasets
• Ability to develop user-facing applications for complex workflows
• Experience in performance-sensitive or real-world environments with latency constraints

• Interest or experience in 3D, graphics, or spatial systems
• Exposure to real-time data or complex state systems
• Experience with on-prem or edge deployments
