Description

You will provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership for a global health taxes portfolio, focusing on tobacco, alcohol, and unhealthy food taxes. You will shape work across geographies, strengthen implementation in Zambia, and support fundraising and positioning efforts.

Requirements

• Significant experience in tax policy, administration, and enforcement in low- or middle-income country contexts
• Deep technical expertise in health taxation
• Experience in strategy, external engagement, team management, and cross-team collaboration
• Experience in global health or development policy

Responsibilities

• Explore support for additional countries
