📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success in SaaS or manufacturing tech.
• Experience with project management methodologies and coordinating technical deployments.
• Technical knowledge of Python, API integrations, scripting, and database querying.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large data sets.
