You'll join the Personalization team at Spotify to enhance music, podcast, and audiobook recommendations. You'll apply large language models to enrich content understanding and build scalable systems. This role offers the chance to shape the future of listening experiences for millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Utilize in-house and 3rd party LLMs for language understanding
• Fine-tune models and apply RAG techniques
• Build, evaluate, and ship ML product features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new features

📋 Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning with LLMs
• Professional experience in applied machine learning
• Experience with Python (or Scala/Java) and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)
• Hands-on experience implementing ML systems at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or other ML frameworks
• Experience with Ray or TFX
• Experience architecting near real-time pipelines
