💼 About This Role

You'll instruct pre-licensing and continuing education courses for Arizona real estate schools using provided materials. You'll engage with students in-person and online via Zoom. Join Colibri Group, a pioneer in online professional education with over 1,500 mission-aligned professionals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan
• Actively engage with students, both in the classroom and online
• Utilize webinar/livestreaming technology for online instruction
• Recommend strategies for success and assist students in meeting course objectives

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
• Active Arizona Real Estate license (salesperson or broker)
• Computer with HD camera and microphone
• Quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet connection
• Ability to instruct in an onsite classroom and via Zoom

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience teaching pre-license or continuing education courses in AZ
• Livestream teaching experience
• DREI certification
• Experience in law, finance, or appraisal for specific courses
