Description

You will provide real-time incident management and support for auto haulers delivering cars nationwide, minimizing disruptions through root cause analysis and collaboration with field teams. This role involves using internal systems to troubleshoot issues, select vendors, and optimize delivery capacity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in a Customer Service role
• 2+ years practical experience in Maintenance or Logistics
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, FMCSA, and HOS
• Ability to work variable schedule and commute to Tempe headquarters

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving real-time on-road incidents for auto haulers
• Serve as first point of contact for transporters and advocates
• Minimize postponed deliveries through root cause analysis and monitoring
• Use internal systems to gather data and troubleshoot transit issues
• Collaborate with field leadership and other teams to minimize network disruptions
