You'll join the Monitoring team, assessing and managing credit risk across key strategies at XP Inc. You'll collaborate with commercial, credit analysis, and technology teams to drive data-driven decisions. This role offers the chance to impact a leading financial institution with over 4.6 million clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform detailed credit risk analysis using financial, economic, and market data.
• Prepare reports and presentations for high management decision-making.
• Monitor credit portfolio, identifying risks and proposing preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related fields.
• Previous experience in credit risk analysis.
• Familiarity with financial market regulations.
• Ability to work with large datasets using Python.
