💼 About This Role

You'll teach a life skills curriculum in a self-contained classroom with about 10 students and paraprofessional support. You'll collaborate with staff in a P.B.I.S. social-emotional learning environment. Your work directly impacts youth with emotional/behavioral/academic difficulties in a supportive school setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach a life skills based curriculum in a classroom setting
• Provide a differentiated learning environment for each student
• Collaborate with curriculum and clinical staff for positive outcomes

📋 Requirements

• State of MO Teacher Certification - Special Education/Cross-Categorical
• Ability to teach multiple grade levels as student populations change
• Ability to teach all basic instructional areas in a classroom
• Ability to work with youth with emotional/behavioral/academic difficulties
