💼 About This Role

You'll build and own sales pipeline for an AI-powered credit risk platform at a FinTech startup. Your work will shape go-to-market strategy for the private credit and banking sectors. First commercial hire role offers direct impact on company growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and own pipeline of qualified prospects in private credit and banking
  • Own full sales cycle from first call through contract signature
  • Represent EnFi at conferences and industry events
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy with cross-functional partners

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of financial services sales with complex B2B deals
  • Deep domain expertise in private credit, institutional lending, or commercial banking
  • Strong existing network within private credit funds, banks, and institutional lenders
  • Experience selling technology into financial institutions

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience at early-stage fintech or SaaS as first commercial hire
  • Familiarity with AI/ML in credit risk or portfolio monitoring
  • Knowledge of regulatory landscape (CECL, BSA/AML)
