🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead concept generation and LoRA training for AI characters
• Test generative AI characters for consistency and user experience

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative or technical roles with high ownership
• Technical proficiency in LoRA training and workflow optimization
• Strong creative eye for character and face selection
• Comfort with repetitive training and fast-turnaround cycles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kohya ss, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Pony, Flux, or Z-image
• Familiarity with internet culture and NSFW content
• Image editing skills via Photoshop or AI tools
