💼 About This Role

You'll act as the senior functional and technical owner for Workday Compensation and Payroll modules, collaborating with HR, Total Rewards, and Payroll teams. Your core impact will be designing scalable, compliant, and globally harmonized solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role stands out for its autonomy in driving complex initiatives and influencing design decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as senior functional/technical owner for Workday Compensation and Payroll
• Design, configure, and enhance compensation and payroll processes
• Support and drive annual and off-cycle compensation planning activities
• Manage medium to large projects independently from stakeholder alignment to post-production support

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience with deep expertise in Compensation and Payroll
• Deep understanding of end-to-end compensation, payroll, HR, and Total Rewards processes
• Proven experience leading or influencing Workday module implementations, enhancements, and deployments
• Ability to independently drive complex work streams and make strong configuration and design decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Workday Pro Certification in Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, or Core HCM
• Participation in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation or major global module deployment
• Experience working in an international environment with complex compensation and payroll requirements
