💼 About This Role

You'll join the Analytics Data Governance team at XP Inc., a major Brazilian financial institution, to ensure data is used securely and efficiently. You'll develop dashboards, document processes, and create data products to support governance and security controls on platforms like Databricks and Fabric. This role stands out for combining analytics engineering with data governance in a top-tier fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for governance metrics.
• Document data flows, business rules, and governance policies.
• Build and evolve analytical data products for governance monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in BI, analytics engineering, data analytics, or related data roles.
• Solid knowledge of Power BI for reports and semantic models.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Python and Spark for automation and pipelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Azure and Databricks.
• Familiarity with Airflow or Azure Data Factory.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA, LGPD).
