You'll support the shipyard's transition from low-rate to high-volume production, integrating new automated manufacturing assets and developing maintenance plans for equipment. This role is essential for scaling manufacturing processes in a fast-paced defense maritime environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Integrate new automated manufacturing equipment into shipyard capabilities.
- Develop and execute maintenance plans for manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in work prioritization and triage during peak production periods.
- Create manufacturing processes in unstructured areas of operational system.
📋 Requirements
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment or learn quickly.
- Experience with blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Understanding of manufacturing equipment maintenance requirements.
- Ability to work aloft (scaffold/manlift) and in confined spaces.
