You'll support the shipyard's transition from low-rate to high-volume production, integrating new automated manufacturing assets and developing maintenance plans for equipment. This role is essential for scaling manufacturing processes in a fast-paced defense maritime environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Integrate new automated manufacturing equipment into shipyard capabilities.
  • Develop and execute maintenance plans for manufacturing equipment.
  • Assist in work prioritization and triage during peak production periods.
  • Create manufacturing processes in unstructured areas of operational system.

📋 Requirements

  • Ability to operate manufacturing equipment or learn quickly.
  • Experience with blueprint reading and interpretation.
  • Understanding of manufacturing equipment maintenance requirements.
  • Ability to work aloft (scaffold/manlift) and in confined spaces.
