💼 About This Role

You'll lead portfolio-level success for Cradle's largest biopharma and industrial biotech customers, building deep relationships with senior stakeholders. You'll drive measurable ROI and strategic adoption of our AI-guided protein design platform across departments and programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee post-sale success across global biotech and pharma customers
• Define and track portfolio-level success metrics and ROI
• Establish and lead steering committees to align stakeholders
• Coordinate with Scientific Advisors for project execution

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in enterprise client-facing roles (program management, consulting, customer success)
• Deep understanding of biopharma R&D workflows
• MSc or advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time to customer sites

• Experience managing enterprise SaaS deployments
• Familiarity with services commercials (SOWs, budgeting, resourcing)
