You'll own and grow a $5Mโ€“$10M+ portfolio of customers in a high-impact, rebuild-phase SaaS business. You'll drive Net Revenue Retention, identify and close expansion opportunities, and help define best practices for the AM function. This role offers autonomy and accountability to shape playbooks from the ground up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and close them
  • Build and maintain healthy expansion pipeline with 3-4x coverage
  • Proactively manage renewals and mitigate churn risk

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
  • Proven track record of independently closing expansion opportunities
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
  • Background in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile logistics
  • Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows
