💼 About This Role

You'll integrate, administer, and maintain systems like Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and AI tools at OP Labs, which builds the Optimism blockchain network. Your work will enable all Optimists to work more efficiently while maintaining a high security bar. This role is based in our NYC office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation and operation of IT infrastructure
• Administer and optimize AI platforms like Claude company-wide
• Implement device and application management policies
• Act as service owner for SaaS applications including AI tools

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of system administration experience
• Expertise managing Google Workspace and enterprise apps
• Hands-on experience administering AI platforms like Claude or ChatGPT
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Go

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building automations with LLM APIs
• Experience working with REST API endpoints
• Google Professional Workspace Administrator certification
