💼 About This Role

You'll build a customer advocacy program and produce case studies for Taktile's agentic decision platform in financial services. Driving expansion marketing and capturing voice of customer will be central to your role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage customer reference and advocacy program
• Produce customer case studies, impact stories, and testimonials
• Own customer newsletter and lifecycle communications
• Run systematic programs to gather customer insights

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer marketing or success marketing
• Proven ability to build customer advocacy programs
• Strong relationship skills with senior enterprise stakeholders
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills for technical outcomes

• Experience with G2 or peer review platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
