Description

You will join the Outreach team to build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, connect people to life-saving mental health treatment, and drive market growth. You'll go into the field 4-5 days per week to lead meetings, deepen partnerships, and synthesize market feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in Southern Washington
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, overachieving KPIs is a plus
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation 4-5 days/week

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
