Description

You will work as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant in the Business Systems Group, gathering business requirements and designing scalable Salesforce solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and developers to deliver enhancements, automation, and integrations that support Netradyne's fleet safety platform.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, customizations, and integrations
• Deep expertise in Services, Sales, CPQ, Marketing, Community Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Process Automation, and Lightning Experience
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with SDLC processes

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into functional specifications and solution designs
• Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to recommend Salesforce solutions
• Drive end-to-end delivery of enhancements including UAT planning and support
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation
• Define technical requirements and collaborate with developers on Apex, Lightning Components, and API integrations
