💼 About This Role

You'll join Muck Rack's Reporting Insights Team to design and develop features that power reporting and analytics for PR professionals. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. This fully remote role offers the chance to work on data-heavy systems while contributing to a collaborative engineering culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build features for reporting and analytics
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Participate in code reviews and improve engineering standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django
• Experience with modern frontend framework, preferably Vue.js
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and ORM patterns
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with analytical databases like ClickHouse or Elasticsearch
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot
