You'll define, build, and own the AI SDLC system for Experience Engineering at Precisely, a leader in data integrity. Your work will drive agentic workflows and tooling that empower engineers to ship faster without sacrificing quality. You'll partner with UX, UI, and QA architects to turn direction into real outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define, build, and own the AI SDLC system for Experience Engineering
• Stay ahead of industry on agentic SDLC best practices
• Partner with UX, UI, and QA architects to translate direction into patterns
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teams to unblock complex work
• Mentor engineers across the org to raise craft standards

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience in frontend engineering, experience design, and quality
• Ability to build production-ready interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
• Strong experience with automated testing in CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in daily workflows

• Experience working across multiple teams or product areas
• Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
• Exposure to observability tools (LogRocket, Datadog, etc.)
