Description
You will support the VP, Global HR Business Partner on performance management, employee relations, reporting, talent programs, and onboarding/offboarding for key client groups including Marketing, Communications, SFS, Legal Compliance, and Luxury.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant HR experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Highly organized and motivated in fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and confidentiality skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Partner with VP HRBP on annual performance review process including goal-setting, reviews, compensation, and feedback
- Handle employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and offer solutions
- Assist with org design and restructuring for client groups
- Run reports on key metrics, trends, and workforce performance
- Serve as first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and provide guidance
