Description

You will support the VP, Global HR Business Partner on performance management, employee relations, reporting, talent programs, and onboarding/offboarding for key client groups including Marketing, Communications, SFS, Legal Compliance, and Luxury.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Highly organized and motivated in fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and confidentiality skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with VP HRBP on annual performance review process including goal-setting, reviews, compensation, and feedback
  • Handle employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and offer solutions
  • Assist with org design and restructuring for client groups
  • Run reports on key metrics, trends, and workforce performance
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and provide guidance
